When we last left you, 2014 was just restarting it's life. Things were off to a rocky start since the regaining of actual breathing creatures in the small town of Plentywood, but slowly, as time grew on- so did life and so did the inhabitants of Plentywood. Eight months have past since the pawsteps planted their mark on the town, and the dogs regained their life. Now the crumbling buildings have gained their own spirit. Ivy grows up the sides of them, and in the spring air flowers and weeds alike plop themselves along the ground, finally the once desolate town has gained its own rhythm. Dog's come and go, Pack's build up and break down, and it seems as though Plentywood really has gone to the dogs. But there's something sinister bubbling beneath the surface, and life as we know it may just be corrupted again, by the cruel twist of fate.

May I say that this site is almost dead? yes well, it's true, and thats sad. Because people first look at the members, 11 is it now, and when the last time is posted, more and more people are thinking that this site is dead and, "that's the problem"! I'm gonna help you with getting this site active again! I got one site back to activity again, it's called, Running Wolves, for who heard about it. Well, now I'm part of one site that is dieing, the Admin lives in Texas and after hurricane Ike she can't post much. Because I'm member there for so long, I can't get it active again. But hey! I don't give up, I want to get this site active again! So members, POST POST AND POST AGAIN!!

For many years the clans have been at peace- Thunderclan the brave, Riverclan the respectful, Windclan the loyal and Shadowclan the true. Cats have lived in these clans for many years- forging alliences and enemies. Clans have triumphed, clans have failed. Cats have died, cats were born. All in a continuous circle of life below the one and only Starclan. Life continued on as usual but after a few misconceptions tension started to build. Clans grew wary of the other clans- alliances were broken, friendships were destroyed. Just when the tension grew to an extreme level a battle broke out. Every clan and every cat participated- from kits to elders was there. Blood heavily coated the ground and many cats died. During that day, the day of the Battle, it seemed that there would be no cease. After many hours of fighting and bloodshed however a cry hovered in the air.
Stop!
Every cat grew silent. Fighting was ceased. In front of them was the cats that had lost their lives in the pointless battle. Their lifeless bodies lay on the bloody ground.
This battle must stop!
The cats were very frightened and listened to the cat's pleas for peace. Then right before their very eyes the cat's spirits shattered like glass and spread onto the ground. The blood was soaked up and the grass sparkled. Every morning if you go out you will see the ground sparkle- the morning dew- a constant reminder of the battle. Many moons have passed since that day- the clans have once again regained peace...at least, for now...

Canine Clashing is a site where you can RP any animal thats related to dogs, and the dog breed.. The animals you create can have wired color or patterns on their coats, or they can be normal, looking like the rest of the world. C.C is a brand new site, with three pack places to be taken and with staff postions to be filled up. C.C has no plot besides that the town is filled up with dog related animals.

Nome...1900. The blistering cold of 50 below suck the warmth from the bodies that march through the wind and snow. Humans, dogs and wolves alike suffer the devastating survival rate of these Alaskan winters. And yet, the strong struggle on.
Word of a gold rush has reached the mainlanders, and humans far and wide travel to this small town in hopes of riches and fortune. It seems only half of those return home safely...much less alive. The cold claims most of those lives, the ferocious wildlife and greed of other humans claim the rest. The few that survive however...usually find what they were searching for. Though it's not always what they thought.
While the humans struggle for gold, and the dogs struggle for the title of champion sledding, the wolves have a much different outlook. Mountainpack is facing starvation from the many humans moving into and mining their territory, dumping their wastes in their drinking streams, and shooting at them on sight. Forestpack and Meadowpack are having much the same problem because of hunting season and fights between the settlers and the Indians. Good is becoming few, and danger is increasing by the minute for all sides. The necessity of survival is pushing many into panic, a necessity that is being threatened.

New Orleans: The Big Easy, Hollywood of the South, The City That Care Forgot, Crescent City. The historic Creole city has many names, but for the cats of Crescent City, it's just home. They've lived here for centuries, since before the city became a Southern metropolis, and they continue to thrive today. Two feral cat colonies have traditionally called New Orleans home, and after the recent eradication of both, they are coming back to life under new leaders; a third colony is showing up in the swamps, as well.
There's a strong presence of Voodoo religion in the city and outside it in the bayou, although not all cats are believers. Some blame the recent events on this lack of faith; you see, something strange is going on deep in the watery forests of the bayou. There are frightened whispers of specters in the swamp, and many worry that the loa, spirits of the Voodoo pantheon, have been upset by the gradual loss of faith. Cats who believe that the eerie lights are indeed being caused by the loa wonder how to appease them...is a sacrifice necessary?

The year is now. Two groups in the city of Rome, Italy have been fighting for years. From family hatred to gangs, to public outbreaks of war, the Lato Del Sud- Lato Del Nord blood feud has never reached its end. But recently, a new group of fighters have appeared, seemingly from nowhere. It started with a killing of two of the others- one form the Lato Del Sud, one from Lato Del Nord. The city is buzzing, marveling at this sudden shard of justice. There is less fighting, gang members fear for their lives for the first time in centuries. It is the rise of the Vigilantes. The freedom bringers. The ones who deal death to the death dealers of Rome. The Lato del Sud are a southern group of Rome. They live their lifes usually without families, every man for himself. They often steal and kill just to survive. On the other hand, the Lato Del Nord are a northern group. They live in Luxury, so rich each man could have a mansion for himself. Are you rich, poor, or fighting for justice? The blood feud of the vigilantes has begun.

Lantzer stood on a rise in the ground, up on two legs, his nose twitching as a bit of wind gusted by and caught him full in the face. He squinted, looking down upon the territory of the Rahntai. It was small at the moment, the clan size at least, but it mattered not to him. Clans could be built up over time, and the promise of this one was what was so promising to him. A chance to start life anew.
Her scent was all over this place, as she had marked it quite well. He could smell whiffs of it even now, and it caused a bit of a queasy feeling in his stomach. He had not felt attraction for a female before this, and admittedly it was a bit unsettling.
He wasn't sure what it was about this Alpha, Morgandy, that had captured his interest. He had encountered numerous females on his travels before, and had felt absolutely nothing, pushing any thoughts of settling down from his mind. He didn't need that, it was admitting he had to rely on another for support and well....it was just something he couldn't fathom.
But why her? Why now of all times? She was to be his Alpha and here he was falling head over tail for her? Such a silly thin! It should be abolished from his mind at once! But oh it was bewitching, this attraction towards her, and it had a good clamp on his mind, something he had been unable to shake. It had prevented him from moving in these past few days, but now situations arose that demanded attention.
There was another male down there.....not that that mattered to Lantzer, right? But no, deep down, without his open admittance, there was a bit of a worry, a bit of a jealousy over how Morgandy would react to her newcomer. They were digging, expanding really, and now seemed as good a time as many to introduce himself, now that things finally seemed to be moving.
Going down on all fours, he headed inside the bounds of her territory, taking a moment to inhale her scent appreciatively before shaking his head and forcibly bringing himself around again. This was so ridiculous...it shouldn't be happening to him. He didn't need it...right? The ground was a bit hot, the day warming the earth up. He'd get right down to business.
Approaching the tunnel, he moved downwards, the cool air being much more pleasant. The digging was getting in his way, so he patiently waited. The male was caught by a sneeze however, and that caused just a brief lull in their work. Just as the male got back to his task, Lantzer cleared his throat. "Ahem...I'm sorry to interrupt." his tone was serious, practical. He kept a straight, slightly inquisitive face. He tried not to think about the female before him and only about what he had come here to do. "But I've come to these lands to join your clan." he said, lowering his head respectfully to the female but also because he wanted to avoid any stray dirt being kicked up by the digging. "Consider me, Lantzer, at your humble service my lady."
Name: Lantzer Nickname: None Gender: Male Age: 4 years
Appearance: Lantzer is slightly larger than average for a meerkat, and he was the fittest among his siblings. His coat is unkempt looking, bristly, puffed outwards (though not straight out). It’s the one feature about himself that he despises, as it makes him look a lot more comedic than he’d like (at least in his own mind). Lantzer has deep wells for eyes, nearly black, though they’re actually a deep brown. His features are hardened, and seemingly to compliment this is a scar that runs down his backside, concealed mostly by the reddish, almost rust colored streaks he has. Fur is the typical light tan with the aforementioned streaks, there being three of them; a large, splotchy one in the center, and more graceful tapering ones to the left and right close to the flanks. Teeth and claws are pretty average, though he likes to keep them sharp not only for digging, but combat as well. A strong, rugged appearance that betrays little but may hide a more sensitive side…
Personality: Stern features would make many kats wonder and speculate about Lantzer. He certainly tries to exude the cool and confident air of a leader, or perhaps a battle hardened veteran. He’s normally very introverted, believing that actions speak louder than words. Despite having come from a self-reliant background, he can be fiercely loyal, willing to ensure the safety of others before himself if they’ve earned his respect. He has a complete respect for females however, and hence has had his eyes on the Rahntai Clan for some time. He is perfectly at ease following the orders of a female Alpha, and in fact, Morgandy in particular has caught his eye. He considers himself weak for becoming attracted to her, but has since been unable to do anything about it. He likes to try to keep the Alpha female out of his thoughts, but that’s proven to be easier said than done.
History: Lantzer was born in a clan far from the island, one built around strong self-reliance and a perseverant attitude. Surviving was harsh, as the clan was forced to migrate from location to location, their sources of food dying out due to a spreading pestilence that killed off the local insect populations and causing widespread relocations by severely upsetting the food chain. As the clan moved, their predators would be forced to follow and so on. Lantzer was his father’s favorite progeny, and was originally slated to become the Alpha, but the second born, Lagore, lived in constant jealousy of his older, more favored, and fit sibling. When their father passed away, Lagore issued an open challenge to Lantzer, and a major internal rift was expected. Before the battle could start however, Lantzer quite unexpectedly submitted to Lagore, and ceded the fight before it had even begun. Lantzer realized that even if had won, Lagore has a sizable group under his sway in their clan, and an internal conflict was not something the clan needed with their present lifestyle. It would destroy them, and Lantzer knew his father never would have wanted to see that. His brother marked him down his backside, the source of the scar, and also a mark of his exile, which Lantzer had no choice but to pass into. He wandered about, bitter and angry at what had transpired, and finally came across the island of the four clans, and encountered the Rahntai first. He watched it from afar, small though it was. The Alpha female in particular, Morgandy, was of interest to him. Because of the sourness he felt over the inner male squabble within his clan, he was purposely seeking out a clan governed by a female, but he never expected once to have become attracted to Morgandy. He considers it a sort of hindrance, as all he wants is to approach her about joining the clan and serving under her direction, but realizes that his feelings could complicate things. First off he wants to seek a subordinate position under her, and is afraid that his feelings will only get in the way, and second, a sort of subconscious desire exists within him to come off as independent and not reliant on others, and therefore, despite his attraction to Morgandy, he sees it as a sort odd weakness. Now that enough time has passed however, he knows he can no longer obfuscate. With nowhere else to go, and feeling the Rahntai to be the best fit for him, he’ll have to make his move, and plans to attempt to join soon…..
